The series InGaAs APD TIA module includes high responsivity InGaAs APD chip and high gain transipendence amplifier with high responsivity and extremely fast rise and fall times throughout the 900nm to 1700nm wavelength range. The peak responsivity at 1550nm ideally suited to eye-safe range finding applications, laser radar, optical sensor, free space optical.
